Now Hiring - Administrative Assistant to Sales Manager in Ridgefield, NJ

This newly created position as Administrative Assistant to the Sales Manager will evolve over time as necessary. Initial responsibilities will include reviewing and prioritizing personal emails, managing calendar and schedules, follow up on projects as assigned, and assisting with the in-house marketing.

Responsibilities and Duties

● Answering emails in a timely manner

● Forwarding Priority emails to Sales Manager for quick action

● Managing schedules and organizing meetings

● Help with in-house marketing projects and social media, i.e., LinkedIn

● Coordinate activities with the field sales team

● Communicate with the Sales Team and In-house departments including Customer Service on a regular basis

● Communicate with Customers as necessary

● Report Generation and updates of same

● Data entry

Qualifications

● Must have intermediate computer knowledge

● Excellent organizational skills

● Excellent verbal and written communications skills

● Proficient with Word, Excel, and other MS Office programs

● Willing to learn new programs including In-house CRM system and others

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
